We all have the basic need to be heard and understood. I believe everyone wants to get along. It just sometimes takes a leader to guide teams to get there – as one cohesive group.

As I was riding today, I focused on where I want to take my team and company. Once again I suggest you pause from time to time and get a crystal clear picture of your intended future.

Next step, create a compelling story to share with your team, so they too can see and buy into the picture of the preferred future. Aligning your team toward moving in the same direction is one of your most pressing tasks!
