Once again this year Align4Profit was awarded the Top 3 Leadership 500 Excellence award for Midsize Leadership Partner & Providers.

For over 30 years, Leadership Excellence, now in association with HR.com, have identified and recognized the top 500 leadership organizations and their development programs in their yearly ranking issues.

The 2015 awards were presented in my home town of Dallas this April in an event titled LEAD2015. Companies from around the world competed for awards in a host of categories.

Helanie_Scott Winning Align4Profit in the top two percent when it comes to leadership excellence. But more important, the Leadership 500 Excellence award judging is based on the surveys provided by graduates of our CoachQuest Leader-as-Coach program.

We live and breathe leadership excellence at Align4Profit. And every once in a while we receive special recognitions. Well, at least once a year for the last two years anyway.
