I Want It Yesterday!

I asked more than 6,000 professionals in the Leadership, IT, Publishing, Recruiting, Entrepreneurial and other related LinkedIn interest groups, “What’s Your Biggest Leadership Pain?” I even gave them a few prompts: Managing performance?
